I’m sharing this article about our neighborhood’s “newest” hangout. (Okay, I am quoted in the article…shameless self marketing, I know.) It is a church that everyone used to simply drive by. Now, it is a destination. Our community center. Violin lessons, TaborArtSpace Crafty Fridays, WordPress Buddy meetings, PTA board meetings, and coffee with friends are just a few of the reasons I go there now.

This church being re-purposed is an amazing example of neighbors coming together to create a community. Check it out and find an old, church in your neighborhood. Pretty sure there are a few around.
